You will ensure a high quality and consistent service to families with either drug and/or alcohol related issues engaged with Childrens' Services as part of the Family Safeguarding Service.   The role is co-located within the family safeguarding teams of Swindon Borough Council, in which recovery coordinators work within a multi-disciplinary team of social workers, domestic abuse workers and mental health specialists. You will organise and support with inducting new staff, carry out 1 to 1s, and develop/maintaining partner agency relationships.   This Team Leader role involves working at our Adult Service based on Victoria Street in Luton.
