We have an exciting opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs. With this role you’ll be working as part of a county wide team, based in Cambridgeshire.
The Family Safeguarding Team (FST) Coordinator will work alongside Children’s Services and to provide intensive support to families on Child Protection and / or Child in Need Plans who have drug and/or alcohol misuse issues which could potentially be putting their children, families or themselves at risk. FST workers will work to help families overcome complex problems which will enable them to become reintegrated into society. This role will cover operational sites as required, including community locations and family homes.
No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.

Hours: 37.5h per week FTC March 2026
Salary: £27,449.53 - £31,529.41 Pro Rata dependent on experience
