We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Recovery Coordinator to contribute to our successful service.

Our Tunbridge Wells service thrives as a dynamic and collaborative team, featuring dedicated staff including a service manager, consultant psychiatrists and psychologists, medical professionals, caring nurses, empathetic recovery staff, dedicated volunteers, efficient administrators, and supportive peer mentors.

 

Location: Based in Tunbridge Wells

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £27,449.53 - £31,529.41 dependent on experience

Responsibilities

About us:

Our Tunbridge Wells service provides recovery support for individuals who use our services. Our goal is to empower individuals, providing holistic support and treatment tailored to their needs. We offer both one-to-one and group sessions, along with medical treatments. 

The Role:

As a Recovery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role at the forefront of our services in Tunbridge Wells. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting individuals from the moment they join our service and guiding them throughout their journey of treatment and recovery.
  • Offering screening, assessment, and personalized recovery planning, along with onward referrals for further support.
  • Collaborating with each individual to facilitate social (re)integration, empowering them to lead meaningful lives, emphasising recovery, resilience, peer support, and self-determination.
  • Crafting custom workshops designed to meet the unique needs of our service users, covering topics like anger management, sleep disorders, relationships, and more.

 

 

About You:

To thrive in this role, we are looking for individuals who:

  • Possess an understanding of substance misuse and relevant experience in this field or a related area.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with proficient IT skills.
  • Are supportive team players with robust interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with a diverse range of professionals, agencies, and internal/external stakeholders.
