It’s an exciting time to join Bounce Back as we invest in a new role for the charity.  We’re looking for an enthusiastic Communications Officer.  You’ll help create and lead a communications plan that makes our strategic ambition a reality. This exciting role provides an opportunity for a skilled communications professional to help us make a real impact and improve the experiences for our internal team, external partners and importantly young people and adults in need of our services. 

Location and Flexibility:

This role is hybrid, offering flexibility and inclusivity. You’ll need to work in our London offices up to 2 days per week, other locations as needed for e.g. events, team development, and you’ll also have the opportunity to work from home.

Salary: £32, 700
Hours: 37.5 pw

Responsibilities

Role Overview:

As our  Communications Officer, you will be responsible for the development, management, and ownership of the communications strategy and function within our dynamic charity. You will also create and implement communication plans for the organisation and our diverse range of projects, taking charge of internal and external communication channels ensuring everyone is well informed and engaged in organisational initiatives.
