Based in Derby City, you will be working directly with young people & young adults. Providing a range of 1:1 and group-based brief interventions, you will manage a small caseload as well as develop pathways for those who may have increased risk or vulnerability. Additionally, you will provide advice, information & guidance to professionals and parents, aimed at increasing awareness and confidence in supporting young people.   Due to the nature of the role’s strong community focus, both roles will have elements of co-located working, with one of the 2 posts being positioned within Derby College full time. With this in mind you will work collaboratively with partners across multiple sites, developing strong working relationships and being a single point of contact for referrals.   This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
