At Change Grow Live, a national health and social care charity committed to empowering individuals, we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Internal Communications Officer. This exciting role provides an opportunity for a skilled communications professional to improve the experiences of our dedicated staff and volunteers across the UK.
Location and Flexibility:
This role is flexible, based anywhere in the UK with hybrid working arrangements, occasional travel to Change Grow Live sites will be necessary, and depending on your proximity to our local offices, you may choose to work from an office.
Full-Time Salary: £33,175.55
Full-Time Hours: 37.5 per week
This is a Fixed Term, Maternity cover role for 12 months.
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Role Overview:
As our Internal Communications Officer, you will be responsible for the development, management, and ownership of the internal communications function within our dynamic charity. You will also create and implement communication plans for a diverse range of projects, taking charge of internal channels and ensuring our staff and volunteers are well-informed and engaged in organisational initiatives.
