The Deputy Service Manager will support the delivery and development of the service working closely with, service manager clinicians, team leaders, multi-disciplinary staff team and Shared Care and Pharmacy partners.   The Service will provide a range of recovery-oriented harm reduction, medically assisted recovery, structured psycho-social interventions, and education/prevention and outreach services, alongside provision of Shared Care, Pharmacy Supervised Consumption and Pharmacy Needle exchange provision to adult drug and alcohol service users across the service area. The post holder’s remit is to create an outcome focussed recovery culture and provide a constant stimulus for improving services in a learning environment.   The post-holder will be required to work flexibly across operational sites as required and work flexibly within an agreed number of hours to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision.   The post holder will have core responsibility to manage, monitor and develop partnerships, pathways to support the integration of the system. A fantastic, new opportunity has arisen to become a Women's worker within our NottinghamshireChange Grow Live substance misuse service.    Some women may have experienced trauma & have a genuine reason not to be able to work with men, do you have experience in this area?   You will deliver a bespoke service to complex females with substance misuse issues, including assertive outreach to women who are homeless, and women living in refuges, with a view to enabling them to access services and improve their life opportunities. This role will involve a lot of multi-agency working with other agencies and female specific services, so experience in working this way is essential.   You will be open, compassionate, and driven to provide the very best care and support for everyone.  You will need to be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with multiple teams internally and externally.   You will need to have experience of managing caseloads of people and know how to manage risk and minimise harm.
