Change Grow Live is a national health and social care charity that believes in people and wants to make a difference. We help tens of thousands of people each day to change, to grow and to live life to its full potential. Our staff are critical to making this happen.

 

This is a new role to demonstrate our commitment to listening to our people, responding to their ideas and feedback and creating positive change. Alongside this role, we're building the team with the recruitment of a Staff Insights Analyst and two Internal Communications Officers, who you'll work with closely.

 

You’ll coordinate a range of engagement projects, including employee engagement surveys along with associated follow-up action plans, and working with staff groups across the organisation to act on staff feedback.

 

You'll be highly organised and efficient, with a passion for improving employee's experiences at work.

 

The role can be remotely based. However, occasional travel to Change Grow Live sites will be required. We welcome applicants that are located anywhere in the UK. Salary Range

CGL points 29 to 33 (£28,050.04 - £31,695.13)
