Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for two confident communications professionals to make a difference to the staff and volunteers in our organisation across England, Wales and Scotland.

Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for two confident communications professionals to make a difference to the staff and volunteers in our organisation across England, Wales and Scotland.

Change Grow Live is a national health and social care charity that believes in people and wants to make a difference. We help tens of thousands of people each day to change, to grow and to live life to its full potential. Our staff are critical to making this happen.

We're looking for two Internal Communications Officers to own, manage and develop the internal communications function within the charity. Alongside this role, we're building the team with the recruitment of a Staff Engagement Officer and a Staff Insights Analyst, who you'll work with closely.

You’ll create and deliver communications plans for a wide range of projects, take ownership of our internal communications channels and work with colleagues to ensure our staff and volunteers are informed and engaged in organisational projects and activities.

You'll be highly organised and efficient, with a passion for improving people's experiences through clear communications.

The role can be remotely based. However, occasional travel to Change Grow Live sites will be required. We welcome applicants that are located anywhere in the UK. The charity is a friendly and energising place to work – and you will have the full support of the team to make this new role a success. We are open, bold and compassionate, and we value diversity.
