Responsibilities

Our model emphasises physical, psychological, and emotional safety and helps people to rebuild a sense of control and empowerment in their lives and in their communities. You will provide low level brief psychological interventions, primarily in groups, but also on an individual basis; input into service development initiatives; and assist our Psychologists, who will provide regular supervision.

Our national Psychology Team provides connection, peer support, reflective practice and CPD. Our Assistant Psychologists meet regularly, and we offer support in applying for further training.  We embrace diversity, equality and inclusion as evidenced by our commitment to building a team with a variety of backgrounds, skills, and views. We strive to nurture a culture where inclusiveness is a way of being, not an initiative.
