Help shape brighter futures for young people across Greater Manchester.

What if your next leadership role gave you the opportunity to influence services, develop exceptional people and create meaningful change for young people at a crucial point in their lives?

At Change Grow Live, that's exactly what this role offers.

As our next CYP Cluster Manager, you'll lead a portfolio of Children and Young People services across Greater Manchester, helping talented teams do their best work and ensuring young people can access the support, opportunities and connections they need to thrive.

A role with real reach.

This is an opportunity to look beyond day-to-day operations and focus on what comes next.

Working alongside colleagues, partners and communities, you'll help shape services that respond to changing needs, embrace innovation and deliver high-quality support that genuinely makes a difference.

You'll develop leaders, strengthen partnerships and create environments where people feel valued, trusted and empowered to grow.

Because when our people thrive, the young people we support are more likely to thrive too.

Who You Are

  • In people. In partnerships. In possibilities.
  • You bring the kind of leadership that enables others to flourish, creating clarity, fostering trust and helping teams achieve exceptional things together.
  • You're energised by improvement and motivated by impact. You know how to translate ambition into action, developing people, strengthening services and building cultures where everyone can contribute and grow.
  • You balance strategic thinking with genuine curiosity, using insight, experience and collaboration to navigate complexity and create meaningful change.
  • Most importantly, you believe that when people are given the right support, encouragement and opportunity, extraordinary things can happen.

That's true for young people.

It's true for teams.

And it's true for the future we're building together.

What You Could Achieve

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Shape and influence services across Greater Manchester.
  • Grow and develop high-performing leaders and teams.
  • Strengthen partnerships across health, education, local authority and community sectors.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Create positive, lasting outcomes for children and young people.
  • Contribute to the future direction of our Children and Young People services nationally.
