We are now looking for a Recovery Coordinator to join our East Sussex service—someone who can bring skill, empathy, and professionalism to support people on their recovery journey.
Working in the alcohol team as a recovery worker.

As a Recovery Coordinator, you will take the lead in coordinating personalised recovery journeys, supporting individuals affected by drug and/or alcohol use to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.

Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
*Please note: Due to the nature of this role covering the East Sussex area, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle with appropriate business insurance, as travel to our rural hubs is required. Confirmation that this role includes rural working.
