Blackpool | 15 Hours per Week | Permanent
Recovery starts with hope. It starts with a conversation, a connection and someone willing to walk alongside another person as they take steps towards positive change.
At Change Grow Live, that's what our Recovery Coordinators do every day.
They help people rebuild confidence, strengthen relationships, improve wellbeing and create futures that once felt out of reach. They celebrate milestones, navigate challenges and witness some of the most inspiring examples of resilience and determination you'll ever encounter.
We've launched an exciting service in Blackpool and are looking for a Recovery Coordinator to join us for 15 hours per week. If you're looking for a role where your compassion, experience and commitment can make a lasting difference, we'd love to hear from you.
Whether you're returning to work, looking for greater flexibility, balancing other commitments or considering a change of direction, this role offers the opportunity to be part of something meaningful while helping people build healthier, more hopeful futures.
As a Recovery Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping people using our service explore what's possible for their future.
Working alongside individuals at different stages of their recovery journey, you'll build trusted relationships that empower people to identify their strengths, overcome challenges and take meaningful steps towards the goals that matter most to them.
You'll support people to improve their health and wellbeing, strengthen connections with family and community, access opportunities that enhance independence and build confidence for the future. Through personalised recovery planning, meaningful conversations and ongoing support, you'll help people create sustainable and lasting change in their lives.
No two days are the same, and that's exactly what makes this role so rewarding. Every conversation, every achievement and every breakthrough matters.
As part of our new Blackpool service, you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, shape local delivery and help build an environment where people feel welcomed, supported and inspired to achieve their potential.
We're interested in the person behind the application as much as the experience on your CV.
You may have experience within substance use services, mental health, healthcare, housing, criminal justice, social care or community support. Equally, you may be bringing transferable skills from another sector and be looking for a career where you can make a meaningful impact.
We're looking for people who are compassionate, resilient and genuinely motivated by helping others succeed. People who can build trust, communicate effectively and see strengths and potential in every individual they meet.
Most importantly, you'll share our belief that positive change is always possible.
