Blackpool | 37.5 Hours per Week | Permanent
Every day, people across Blackpool take courageous steps towards positive change. Sometimes those steps are small. Sometimes they're life changing. What makes the biggest difference is having the right support, at the right time, from someone who believes in their potential.
At Change Grow Live, we see people first. We believe in strengths, possibilities and the power of human connection. We know that recovery looks different for everyone, and we're committed to creating opportunities for people to build healthier, more fulfilling futures on their own terms.
We've launched an exciting new service in Blackpool and are looking for passionate, compassionate and ambitious Recovery Coordinators to help shape it.
This is more than a role. It's an opportunity to be part of something new, influence how support is delivered locally and help create an environment where people feel empowered to make positive and lasting change.
As a Recovery Coordinator, you'll play a central role in helping people navigate their recovery journey, build on their strengths and move towards the goals that matter most to them.
You'll work alongside people using our service to develop personalised recovery plans, identify opportunities, overcome barriers and access the support they need to improve their wellbeing and quality of life. Through meaningful conversations and trusted relationships, you'll help people build confidence, develop resilience and take ownership of their future.
No two days are the same. One day you may be supporting someone to improve their physical and emotional wellbeing. Another, you may be helping someone reconnect with family, access education or employment opportunities, strengthen community connections or develop the skills needed to sustain long-term recovery.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll collaborate with partners across health, social care, housing, criminal justice and community services to ensure people receive joined-up, person-centred support. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas, shape new ways of working and play an important role in the development of our new Blackpool service.
This is a role for someone who wants to make a genuine difference, build meaningful relationships and see the impact of their work every single day.
We're looking for people who are naturally compassionate, curious and motivated by helping others achieve their potential.
You may already have experience within substance use services, mental health, health, social care, housing, criminal justice or another people-focused environment. Equally important is your ability to connect with others, build trust and work alongside people in a way that promotes dignity, respect and hope.
You'll be someone who enjoys working collaboratively, can manage competing priorities and remains focused on delivering positive outcomes even when situations are complex.
Most importantly, you'll share our belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to create positive change in their life.
