What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead a team of talented practitioners who support people affected by opiate dependency.

You'll be there to coach, challenge and support your team, helping them feel confident in their roles and focused on delivering safe, high-quality support.

No two days will look the same. One day you might be supporting a colleague with a complex situation, the next you'll be working with partners to improve pathways or looking at ways to strengthen service performance.

You'll play a key role in creating a culture where both colleagues and the people we support feel valued, respected and able to succeed.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

You might already be a Team Leader, or you may be an experienced practitioner ready to take the next step.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who believes in people.

You'll know how to build strong relationships, bring teams together and create an environment where people feel motivated and supported.

You'll bring:

• Experience working within substance use, health, social care, mental health or related services.
• Experience supervising, coaching or leading others.
• A good understanding of safeguarding and risk management.
• Confidence managing performance and supporting service improvement.
• Strong communication and partnership-working skills.
• A genuine commitment to helping people improve their wellbeing, achieve their goals and realise their potential.
