Change Grow Live Positive Choices Coventry is looking for an exceptional Senior Data Administrator to join our dedicated team and play a key role in ensuring our service performance is accurately captured, analysed, and used to drive positive change.

 

The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative role with good IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and will provide support across the many hubs in our Service to ensure the day to day delivery is achieved.

 

Where: Coventry

Hours: 37.5 per week, Full Time

Contract: Permanent

 

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

 

Responsibilities

About the role:

  • Leading and supporting our administration team
  • Managing data collection, reporting, and quality assurance processes
  • Producing performance reports and analysing trends
  • Acting as the service expert for CRiiS, NDTMS, and local reporting systems
  • Supporting managers with office systems, health & safety, and compliance
  • Able to deliver training, supervision, and development to administrative staff
  • Presenting performance information to commissioners and stakeholders

 

About You: 

  • Experience supervising or leading a team
  • Excellent IT and data management skills
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of administrative processes within drug and alcohol treatment services
  • Confidence working with reporting systems and performance data
  • A proactive approach and commitment to high-quality service delivery
