We’re now looking for a Subject Access Request Coordinator to join our Legal Services Team.

Contract: This is a 12-month fixed term post.

Location: This is a national, home working role. Your base will be your nearest Change Grow Live office, and there may be opportunities to work from this location from time to time.
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week

We are hoping to hold interviews for this vacancy week beginning 19^th October 2026.

About the Role

As a Subject Access Request Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the administration of Subject Access Requests and supporting compliance with data protection legislation and organisational policies.

You will:

• Coordinate and monitor Subject Access Requests and other individual rights requests, ensuring statutory deadlines are met.
• Act as a key point of contact for requestors, managing correspondence and providing updates throughout the request lifecycle.
• Coordinate information gathering activities with operational and central teams to obtain records within agreed timescales.
• Support searches across electronic systems, email accounts and records repositories to identify and retrieve relevant information.
• Maintain accurate records, case files, trackers and audit trails.
• Prepare disclosure packs and supporting documentation for review by Data Protection colleagues.
• Identify and escalate risks, delays or issues that could affect compliance.
• Support the continuous improvement of SAR processes, templates, guidance and workflow systems.

• Someone who is also highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage a varied workload, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure requests are handled accurately, fairly and within statutory deadlines.
• Someone who enjoys bringing order to complex processes and wants to make a meaningful contribution to transparency, accountability and trust.
