We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Sessional Recovery Motivator across East Lancashire. This flexible role provides an opportunity to support people affected by drug and alcohol misuse while gaining valuable experience within a recovery-focused service.
Contract Type: Sessional
Hours: Flexible, as required by the service. No guaranteed hours.
Service: East Lancashire Drug & Alcohol Recovery Service
Locations: Pendle, Burnley and Hyndburn
About the Role
Recovery Motivators play a vital role in engaging and supporting individuals, families and communities affected by substance misuse. Drawing on lived experience, you will inspire hope, encourage engagement with services and help people access the support they need to move forward in their recovery journey.
This is a sessional worker position, offering work on an as-needed basis. There are no fixed days or guaranteed hours, providing flexibility around your availability and service requirements.
