An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Change Grow Live in Warwickshire as a Clinical Administrator.
The Administrator role is a vital role in our services as you are the first point of contact for our service users. You will be a friendly and efficient communicator with excellent administration skills. You will work well in a fast paced environment and are good at multi-tasking. Duties for the post include responsibility for front house activities, dealing with initial queries, welcoming clients and professionals into the service, signposting within the service and the community, accurate information and data recording and general administrative tasks.
The post is primarily based in Leamington Spa, however flexibility to work across operational sites as required and work flexibly within an agreed number of hours to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision. This will include some evening and weekend working.

Hours: Part Time, 30 hours per week (Job share will be considered)
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
This post-holder will be responsible to the Admin Lead in fulfilling the following duties:
Provide effective general and prescription administration across the service.
Offer organisational, administrative and clerical services to the team, designed to contribute towards its aims and objectives.
Work flexibly across operational sites as required and work flexibly within an agreed number of hours to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision. This will include some evening and weekend working.
Be expected to take responsibility for personal development, identifying personal training needs and participate in regular supervision and appraisal.
