Recovery Intervention Service Ealing (RISE) is an integrated end-to-end treatment and recovery service which offers a wide range of pharmacological and psychosocial interventions to Ealing residents 18 years and over to their families and significant others who are experiencing issues with drugs and/or alcohol use. RISE is a consortium, with CGL being the lead contractor, and includes Central and North West London NHS Mental Health Trust (CNWL) and two service user led organizations and Build on Belief (BOB).
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Change Grow Live Ealing RISE for an enthusiastic, dedicated and outcome focused Criminal Justice Recovery Worker to join our successful Criminal Justice team on a Sessional basis.
We’re looking for a committed professional to support individuals with substance use needs. Many of our clients face additional challenges such as neurodevelopmental conditions, learning disabilities, unstable housing, poor health, safeguarding concerns, and limited support networks.
You’ll manage a dedicated caseload and work flexibly across the community, offering assertive outreach and in-reach support in diverse settings — from GP surgeries and mental health services to substance misuse hubs and supported accommodation.
This is a flexible, hands-on role suited to someone resilient, empathetic, and motivated to drive change where it matters.
