Learning Design Manager

Help create learning that empowers people to grow, thrive and make a difference.

Learning has the power to unlock potential.

At Change Grow Live, we're building a workforce that is skilled, confident and supported to make a meaningful difference in communities across the UK. As we work towards our 2030 ambitions, we're investing in learning that helps people develop, adapt and succeed, whatever their role, background or career journey.

That's why we're looking for a Learning Design Manager to join our national Learning and Development team.

This is an opportunity to shape learning across a values-driven organisation where people are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work, share ideas and continuously grow. You'll play an important role in creating learning experiences that build confidence, strengthen capability and help colleagues deliver the best possible outcomes for the people we support.

If you believe learning should be engaging, accessible and genuinely impactful, we'd love to hear from you.

The opportunity

Learning is at the heart of organisational success.

As our Learning Design Manager, you'll help shape how learning is experienced across Change Grow Live, ensuring it is inclusive, accessible and aligned to the needs of our people and services.

Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you'll lead the design and development of blended learning solutions that support growth, encourage curiosity and help individuals build the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

You'll lead a talented team, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and create learning experiences that support both individual development and organisational goals.

This is more than a leadership role in learning design. It's an opportunity to influence how a national organisation develops its people, embraces innovation and builds the capabilities needed to deliver on our ambitions for the future.

How you'll make a difference

Create engaging learning experiences

Design and oversee innovative learning solutions that support colleagues at every stage of their development, ensuring learning is practical, relevant and accessible to all.

Champion quality and inclusion
