We are looking for a passionate, motivated and resilient individual to join our team as a Young Person's Resilience Worker.
This is more than a job. It's an opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people age up to 25 affected by substance use.
One day you could be supporting a young person in school, helping them navigate difficult choices. The next, session working alongside partner agencies, or helping a young person identify goals and build the confidence to achieve them.

Working Hours: Fulltime hours 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: 1 year fixed term contact
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
