At Change Grow Live, we believe in the power of people to create change. That's why we invest in both the individuals who access our services and the talented colleagues who deliver them. Guided by our values of Be Open, Be Compassionate and Be Bold, we create an environment where people are empowered to grow, overcome challenges, and realise their potential. Together, we're making a lasting difference in the communities we support.
Our Team Leaders are at the heart of this. They create positive, inclusive environments where colleagues feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work. Through inspirational leadership, coaching, and collaboration, they help teams deliver high-quality, person-centred services that continue to evolve and improve, ensuring the people we support receive the very best experience and outcomes.
We are excited to be recruiting a Street Outreach Team Leader, leading a dedicated team that supports people with multiple and complex needs to find greater stability, improve wellbeing, and achieve meaningful, lasting change. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, both through the people you support and the colleagues you lead. If you're a compassionate and ambitious leader who is motivated by helping others thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
