We have an exciting opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.
As a Recovery Coordinator with Change Grow Live, you’ll be based primarily within the EdMAC Clinic at Spittal Street, working alongside NHS colleagues to support people accessing opioid substitution treatment (OST).
You’ll provide a welcoming and non-judgemental first point of contact, delivering harm reduction interventions, initial assessment and practical support to people who may be experiencing complex needs. From Naloxone, DBST and injecting equipment provision to identifying wider health, social care and recovery needs, you’ll use every contact as an opportunity to reduce harm and help people move towards the support that is right for them.
