We're excited to welcome an opportunity for a dedicated Young Adults Resilience Worker to our Stockton service!
Our Young Adults Resilience Workers play an integral role within Change Grow Live, engaging young people in a range of interventions, using a young person-centred approach, and empowering our young service users to reduce risk, increase resilience and lead a safe, happy, and healthy lives.
Where: Stockton-On-Tees
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week
* Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
