We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Support Recovery Worker who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.
The role will also involve engaging services users and supporting them to navigate treatment, working in partnership with Housing Officers to assist with addressing substance misuse issues by promoting engagement and whilst working with Housing Officers to identify those clients that exist within our services who need support with tenancy sustainment.
The post-holder will be part of a team that provides screening, comprehensive assessments, and care planning for new service users in outreach, delivering harm minimisation training and interventions as well as coordinating treatment for clients identified as having a housing need.

Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
