Change Grow Live are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users lives, offering support and respect in a safe environment, treating each user as an individual and working with them to find the right treatment and care options.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Prison In-Reach Recovery Coordinator who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.
As a Prison In-Reach Recovery Coordinator, you’ll build strong partnerships within the prison and CGL community treatment providers. Together, you’ll improve access to support, reduce reoffending and achieve better health and wellbeing outcomes for people affected by substance use.
You’ll engage people who may be caught in a cycle of substance use and reoffending, often alongside trauma, complex circumstances and unmet needs. Working collaboratively with each person, prison colleagues and community partners, you’ll address immediate needs and coordinate the support required for release.
Your approach will be trauma-informed, compassionate and focused on helping people build resilience, reconnect with their communities and move towards safer, more stable lives.
