Overview

Administrator

Stourbridge | 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time

Make every detail count.

We’re looking for an Administrator to join our busy Dudley service, based in Lye, Stourbridge.

You’ll provide the coordination, accuracy and day-to-day support that helps our teams stay focused on what matters most—delivering high-quality support to people who use our services.

This is an opportunity to bring your organisation, communication and customer service skills to a role where your work makes a genuine difference.

Why this opportunity?

This is more than processing paperwork.

You’ll be at the heart of a busy service, keeping information moving, supporting colleagues and making sure essential administrative processes run smoothly.

As a key point of contact, you’ll respond to calls and visitors professionally, maintain accurate records and help create an organised and welcoming environment.

Your support will give frontline colleagues more time to focus on helping people achieve their goals.

Where you’ll work

Location: Lye, Stourbridge, within our Dudley service
Contract: Fixed term for 12 months
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

About you

You’re organised, approachable and comfortable balancing different priorities.

You understand that accuracy matters, but so does the way people are treated.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience of general office and administrative processes.
  • Good IT skills, including word processing and data entry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence working with numbers and maintaining accurate information.
  • The ability to remain calm, organised and responsive in a busy environment.
  • A compassionate and non-judgemental approach to people using our services.
  • An understanding of confidentiality and professional boundaries.

An IT or office administration qualification would be welcomed, but it is not essential.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll:

  • Respond to telephone calls, visitors and enquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Process correspondence, complete data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Collate information, statistics and reports.
  • Take minutes at meetings and coordinate room bookings and travel arrangements.
  • Support prescription administration where required.
  • Maintain filing, stationery and local petty cash systems.
  • Help ensure communication and administrative processes across the service remain effective.

Bring your skills somewhere they matter

At Change Grow Live, every role contributes to the support people receive.

You’ll join a collaborative team where your organisation, reliability and attention to detail will be valued—and where your work will have a visible impact every day.

Our values—Be open. Be compassionate. Be bold.—guide everything we do. If they reflect the way you work, we’d love to hear from you.
