What you will bring
You're someone who believes that meaningful relationships can be built through empathy, curiosity and trust—even when those conversations happen online.
You'll have experience supporting people affected by drug and alcohol use, or within a related health or social care setting, together with a strong understanding of recovery, harm reduction and person-centred practice.
You will understand recovery, harm reduction and person-centred practice, and be confident building relationships in a non-face-to-face environment. You will also bring sound judgement, strong digital communication skills and the ability to manage risk, safeguarding and competing priorities.
Knowledge of brief interventions, motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care will be important. Experience of digital service delivery, early intervention or digital inclusion would be an advantage.
Above all, you will be someone who listens, adapts and believes that meaningful change can begin with a single conversation.
