Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire | Full Time
Recovery rarely follows a straight line.
The right support can help someone understand their options, build confidence and move towards the life they want.
We’re looking for a Recovery Coordinator to join our Leamington Spa team, with outreach work across Stratford-upon-Avon.
You’ll support people affected by their own drug or alcohol use, as well as those concerned about someone they care about. Through honest conversations, personalised planning and joined-up support, you’ll help people make positive and lasting changes.
This is more than managing a caseload.
It’s about seeing the whole person.
As someone’s main care coordinator, you’ll take time to understand their strengths, needs and goals. You’ll complete assessments, develop individual recovery plans and bring together the clinical, psychosocial and community support that can help them move forward.
Working alongside colleagues and partner organisations, you’ll help make treatment accessible, responsive and centred around what matters to each individual.
You’ll:
Location: You’ll work as part of our Leamington Spa team and provide outreach support across Stratford-upon-Avon. The ability to travel between locations and work within community settings is required.
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
You understand that meaningful support begins with listening.
You’ll be able to build trusting relationships, have open conversations about risk and change, and remain calm when situations are complex.
You’ll bring:
Most importantly, you’ll believe in people and their ability to make positive changes.
At Change Grow Live, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to change the direction of their life.
You’ll join a compassionate and supportive team where learning, reflective practice and professional development are part of how we work.
Our values—Be open. Be compassionate. Be bold.—guide everything we do. If they reflect the way you work, we’d love to hear from you.
