We are seeking a highly experienced and confident Recovery Coordinator to join our Outreach Team. This is a specialist, autonomous role requiring a strong background in drug and alcohol services, extensive case management experience, and the ability to work independently with individuals who have complex and entrenched substance use needs.
You will work assertively with people who are rough sleeping, at risk of homelessness, or living in hostels, many of whom may be disengaged from services. This role is not entry-level and is best suited to candidates who can demonstrate proven expertise in substance misuse treatment pathways, harm reduction, and assertive outreach engagement.
Where: Brighton - Richmond House (base)
Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract Type: Permanent
*Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
