We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Innovation Project Manager to take a central role in developing our organisational strategy and key IT projects. It leads technology workstreams—researching, designing, and implementing service improvements to drive digital adoption and improve efficiency across corporate and frontline services.

 

The post holder provides high-level project management and administrative support, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation. Responsibilities include leading project delivery, coordinating IT and frontline teams, gathering requirements, mapping processes, supporting procurement, and advising end users.

 

This is a varied, user-focused role suited to an ambitious, innovative individual with a proactive, can‑do approach to supporting others and embracing new learning.

 

Location: Remote with opportunity to work from your closest regional hub, regular travel to CGL locations when required.

Hours: Fulltime, 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

 

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

 

Responsibilities

About the Role:

In this dynamic role, you’ll lead high-impact technology projects that directly support organisational strategy and our IT Annual Business Plan—shaping how services are delivered across the organisation.

 

You’ll drive forward innovative technology workstreams, from research and design through to implementation, delivering smarter, more efficient digital solutions that benefit both corporate and frontline teams. Your work will play a key role in boosting digital adoption and transforming the way we operate.

 

Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll take ownership of project delivery—coordinating teams, gathering insights, mapping processes, supporting procurement, and providing expert guidance to end users. You’ll be at the heart of collaboration, turning ideas into tangible improvements.

About You:

Essential Criteria:

  • Appreciation of Change Grow Live’s strategy and values, the people who use our services and how everyone can make a difference.
  • Experience of building internal and external relationships.
  • Experience of working with/alongside a software development team
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Experience of project management.
  • Able to deliver and continuously improve change method, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience of project management approaches and making them fit to the organisation’s context.
  • Able to effectively facilitate learning from change.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise a variety of projects with different targets and deadlines.
  • Comprehensive experience of using Office 365, including SharePoint, Power Automate and Power BI.
  • The post holder(s) will be required to travel across CGL sites and therefore they must be willing to frequently travel and have access to their own transport.
