Help People Build Safer, Healthier Futures

At Change Grow Live, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to make positive changes in their lives. Every day, our teams support people to overcome challenges, improve their wellbeing and move towards a brighter future.

We're looking for a passionate and motivated High Risk Reintegration Recovery Coordinator to join our Criminal Justice Team in Hull. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with individuals who are leaving custody, involved in the criminal justice system, or presenting with complex needs and significant risks, helping them access support, reduce harm and successfully reintegrate into their communities.

About the Role

As a High Risk Reintegration Recovery Coordinator, you'll manage a specialist caseload of individuals with complex needs, including those subject to MAPPA arrangements, licence conditions, community orders and post-custodial supervision.

Working closely with colleagues, prisons, probation services and partner agencies, you'll deliver recovery-focused interventions that address substance misuse, offending behaviour, safeguarding concerns and wider social issues.

Your role will focus on supporting individuals throughout their recovery journey, helping them reduce risk, improve wellbeing and develop the skills and resilience needed to sustain positive change.

You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering comprehensive
recovery-focused support that addresses substance misuse, offending behaviour, safeguarding concerns, and wider social needs, with the aim of reducing reoffending, improving wellbeing, and supporting sustainable community reintegration.

About You

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient and committed to helping people achieve positive outcomes.

You'll bring:

  • Experience working within substance misuse, criminal justice, mental health or a related field.
  • A good understanding of drug and alcohol issues and effective recovery interventions.
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and multiple barriers.
  • Knowledge of the criminal justice system and risk management principles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with a range of partner agencies and professionals.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • A commitment to person-centred and recovery-focused practice.

Experience working within prisons, probation services or criminal justice partnerships would be advantageous.

This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and Prison Security Clearance.

Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

  • Attending and contributing to MAPPA, safeguarding and multi-agency meetings.
  • Working collaboratively with criminal justice, public protection and community partners.
  • Promoting engagement through outreach, home visits and flexible approaches to support.
  • Supporting people to access housing, healthcare, education, employment and wider recovery services.
  • Encouraging recovery, resilience, independence and social reintegration.
