An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and passionate Team Leader to join our multidisciplinary leadership team in Eastbourne and surrounding rural areas. This role offers the chance to lead innovative outreach services, support individuals with complex needs, and champion dedicated women-only spaces at Eastbourne Lifthouse and the Recovery Café.

Hours:37.5 per week
Contract: Permanent
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving forward high-quality, person-centred support for individuals experiencing substance misuse and complex challenges. You will lead a team of skilled and motivated recovery workers, ensuring the delivery of effective outreach interventions and specialist support for women.
A core focus of this role is promoting and developing safe, inclusive, and engaging women-only spaces, encouraging more women to access treatment and sustain recovery within their communities.
