We have an exciting opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.
This role of Recovery Coordinator will perform the role of Case Management where they will manage the care and recovery plan for each person entering CGL Recovery Service for support. This will include supporting people from entry into service and onwards during their recovery journey. The Recovery Coordinator with case management function will work collaboratively with the person receiving support to build a holistic recovery plan which will include other services and close working with CGL Forth Valley Recovery Coordinators who provide Psychosocial interventions

Contract Type: Permanent
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

CGL Forth Valley Recovery Service is registered with the Scottish Care Inspectorate and all front line staff are expected to register with the SSSC and maintain continuous professional development, including the acquisition of required and appropriate qualifications.
