We are now looking for a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Assistant to join our Kirklees service in Dewsbury.
This is an opportunity to join a supportive, multidisciplinary team that is passionate about improving lives and delivering high-quality care to people within the local community.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the clinical and recovery teams to deliver compassionate, person-centred care.
Working closely alongside Nurses, Recovery Coordinators and wider colleagues, you will support people accessing the service with a range of healthcare and harm reduction interventions, helping to improve both physical and mental wellbeing.
No two days are the same in this role. You will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs, so flexibility, empathy and strong communication skills are essential.

Hours:* Part time, 18.75hrs per week
Full Time Salary: £26,091.00 - £26,502.53** dependent on experience (based on full time working hours, pro rata if part time)
Please note
*Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
**Salary is subject to review in line with the 2025/26 pay award.
