We are now seeking a caring and experienced Recovery Coordinator to be part of a dynamic Severe Multiple Disadvantage Team within the Mental Health Pathways. You will be based within the Mid-Nottinghamshire Crisis Resolution Home Team supporting indiviudals into treatment as well as providing harm reduction advice and supporting the CRHT around substance and alcohol use.
Where: Nottinghamshire, covering areas - Mansfield, Ashfield, Bassetlaw, Newark and Sherwood.
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term until 31st of March 2027
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
