*Hours - Full Time – 37.5 Hours per week
Contract: Permanent

London Weighting: £4,133.14

 

Please note: *Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

About you:

You're someone who combines leadership with compassion and strategy with action.

  • Significant leadership experience within substance misuse, health, social care, community or related services
  • Strong people leadership and team management experience
  • Experience managing performance and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Experience working with commissioners and senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Experience managing budgets and resources
  • Confidence using data and insight to improve performance
  • Passion for improving outcomes for individuals and communities

 

As Newhams Services Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional support and outcomes
  • Create an ambitious, positive and recovery-focused culture
  • Drive performance against KPIs, contracts and quality standards
  • Build strong relationships with commissioners, healthcare providers and strategic partners
  • Use insight, data and evidence to shape service improvements
  • Lead governance, safeguarding, quality and risk management processes
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, growth and community impact
  • Develop services that respond to local needs and make a real difference
