An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Change Grow Live (CGL) in Warwickshire as a Prescribing and Project Administrator.

 

The Administrator role is a vital role in our services as you are the first point of contact for our service users. You will be a friendly and efficient communicator with excellent administration skills. You will work well in a fast paced environment and are good at multi-tasking. Duties for the post include responsibility for front house activities, dealing with initial queries, welcoming clients and professionals into the service, signposting within the service and the community, accurate information and data recording and general administrative tasks. 

 

The post is primarily based in Nuneaton, however flexibility to work throughout the county is essential.

 

Location: Nuneaton

 

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hrs per week

Responsibilities

About the role:

  • Provide organisational, administrative, and clerical services to the team designed to contribute towards its aims and objectives
  • Complete effective processing of correspondence/data entry as required.
  • Generate prescriptions for the service.
  • Collate, monitor, and report data/information and statistics as required
  • Carry out photocopying as required
  • Ensure that all admin, record-keeping, and communication within the project are maintained
  • To provide effective prescription and general administration across the service.

 

About you:

  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, excel spreadsheets and other MS applications
  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team
  • The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary
  • Confident and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing and solid numeric skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Able to take responsibility for your own personal development, identifying personal training needs and participating in regular supervision and appraisal
  • Be flexible to work across operational sites as required
  • Minute taking experience would be an advantage
  • Working knowledge of NDTMS and local data inputting and monitoring of procedures and the ability to produce reports.
