Do you want to work for a caring organisation that believes in people?
Do you want to make a difference?
As a Recovery Coordinator with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.
We are seeking a proactive and motivated professional to represent our service within ward tasking meetings and multi-agency partnership forums, working closely with key stakeholders to identify and support individuals most at risk of harm, exploitation, and offending behaviour.
This is a dynamic and collaborative role, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently alongside partner agencies including Police, Local Authority teams, housing providers, probation, health services, and community safety networks. You will play a key part in developing coordinated approaches to reduce harm, improve community safety, and support individuals towards positive change.
The successful candidate will be confident working in partnership settings, able to build strong professional relationships, and committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable individuals. You will have experience of multi-agency working, safeguarding, and supporting people with complex needs, including substance misuse, mental health challenges, homelessness, and offending histories.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact through joint working, early intervention, and coordinated care planning that improves safety for individuals and communities.
