Birmingham | Part Time | 7.5 Hours
Change Grow Live is a charity driven by the belief that we can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. We provide compassionate, person-centred support in a safe and inclusive environment, respecting and valuing each individual. We work collaboratively to support people in accessing the right treatment and care options, helping them achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
This is a role with real purpose — created to reach people who are too often left out of support.
Across Birmingham, there are communities who face barriers to accessing treatment, whether through stigma, cultural expectations, or lack of awareness of available support. This role exists to change that.
You will lead meaningful, targeted engagement with South Asian communities, building trust, raising awareness, and creating pathways into treatment that feel accessible, safe, and relevant. Your work will help people take those first steps into support — and crucially, stay engaged on their journey.
Working in a culturally informed and compassionate way, you will help break down barriers, challenge inequalities, and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to access the support they need, when they need it.
