We’re excited to be recruiting a Payables Assistant to join our Financial Shared Service Centre. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing exceptional service and contributing to meaningful work.

 

Where: Remote (working from home) - Hybrid working available

Hours: 37.5hrs per week

Salary Range: £29,529 - £31,065 (based on full time working hours of 37.5 hours, pro rata for part time)

Role: Fixed term for 3 months

Responsibilities

About the Role

 

As a Payables Assistant, you will be:

 

  • Invoice Processing
  • Kofax management
  • Use of Hornbill for internal queries
  • Overseeing the accounts payable shared inbox for external queries
  • Processing consolidated invoices
  • Management of match exceptions
  • Assisting with standing orders and direct debits
  • Completing regular statement reconciliations and raising queries with suppliers
  • Sending weekly chasers for invoice approval

What We’re Looking For:

 

We’d love to hear from you if you bring:

  • Current, in depth, hands on working knowledge of NetSuite or Oracle / SAP
  • Understanding and experience of the accounts payable function
  • Good IT skills, including all Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work and manage with competing priorities taking ownership and responsibility for own work, whilst supporting suppliers and internal stakeholders

 Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
