Overview

Non-Opiate Recovery Coordinator

Croydon | Full Time | 37.5 Hours

Change doesn’t happen all at once.
It starts with a moment—and the right support at the right time.

Every day, people reach out to us at that moment—
ready, unsure, or somewhere in between.

What they need isn’t just a service.

They need someone who listens, understands, and helps them take the next step.

At Change Grow Live, we believe in people—their potential to change, to grow, and to rebuild their lives.

Guided by our values—Be open, be compassionate and be bold—we create environments where recovery is possible, and where every person is treated as an individual.

Why this role matters

As a Non-Opiate Recovery Coordinator in our Croydon service, you’ll be at the centre of someone’s recovery journey.

You’ll work with individuals using non-opiate substances—including cocaine, cannabis, ketamine and other drugs—supporting them to understand their use, reduce harm, and make meaningful, sustainable changes.

You won’t just manage a caseload—you’ll build relationships, create trust, and support people to regain control and move forward in ways that work for them.

This is work that is person-focused, complex and deeply rewarding.
