You’ll provide senior clinical leadership across services—ensuring nursing practice is consistent, high-quality and aligned to national standards and governance frameworks.
You’ll oversee clinical audits, performance and governance—ensuring services meet CQC standards, clinical best practice and continuous improvement expectations.
You’ll work alongside senior leaders to develop new models of care, support service mobilisation and contribute to bids and system growth.
You’ll operate across multiple services, teams and stakeholders—balancing priorities, navigating challenge and maintaining clinical oversight at scale.
