Overview

Regional Lead Nurse

South, South East & London (Middlesex base | Regional travel required)
Lead clinically. Influence strategically. Shape services at scale.

At Change Grow Live, we don’t separate clinical excellence from service delivery—we bring them together to create safer, more effective systems of care.

Guided by our values—Be open, be compassionate and be bold—we are building services that are built on evidence and compassion, and rooted in communities, aligned to our 2030 ambitions.

We are now looking for a Regional Lead Nurse—a senior clinical leader who can operate across complex systems, influence at pace, and ensure clinical quality is consistently delivered across a diverse regional portfolio.

Why this role matters

This is not a single-service leadership role.

You will operate at a regional and strategic level, working across multiple services to ensure clinical practice is safe, effective, consistent and continuously improving.

You will work at the interface of clinical leadership, operational delivery and system-wide partnerships—ensuring services are aligned, compliant and future-ready.

Who we’re looking for

You’re an experienced clinical leader who is confident operating beyond a single service.

You will bring:

  • NMC registration with a current PIN
  • Significant experience in senior clinical leadership roles within substance misuse, health, social care or related fields
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience leading teams and influencing across multi-site or regional services
  • Confidence working with complex needs, dual diagnosis and high-risk populations
  • The ability to operate strategically while remaining connected to front-line delivery
  • You are someone who can hold standards, influence decisions and lead change.

What sets this role apart

  • You will lead clinical practice across a region—not just within a service
  • You will influence both operational delivery and strategic direction
  • You will work across multiple systems, stakeholders and priorities
  • You will play a key role in service development, mobilisation and future growth

  • *Salary: SCP 48–53
  • **Hours: 37.5 hours per week
