We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Project Manager to support the delivery of high‑quality drug and alcohol treatment services in Gateshead, working with adults affected by substance use and a range of complex needs.
This is a key leadership role within the service, supporting the Services Manager to ensure safe, effective and person‑centred delivery across treatment and recovery pathways. You will play a vital role in supporting staff, maintaining quality standards, strengthening partnership working and ensuring that people accessing our services receive compassionate, trauma‑informed support.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
