Overview

Do you want to work for a caring organisation that believes in people?

Do you want to make a difference?

As a Recovery Coordinator with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.

Integrated Offender Management (IOM) is a multi-agency approach aimed at reducing reoffending by providing targeted support and robust risk management for individuals with complex needs, including substance misuse. As a Drug and Alcohol Recovery Worker within an IOM team, you will be co-located alongside Police, probation and prison services, working collaboratively to engage individuals involved in the criminal justice system and support them to make sustained changes.

The role focuses on delivering trauma-informed, person-centred substance misuse interventions, completing comprehensive assessments, and developing recovery plans that address drug and alcohol use alongside wider factors such as housing, mental health, safeguarding, and offending behaviour. You will work proactively to promote engagement, reduce harm, and improve compliance with probation requirements, while contributing to public protection and community safety.

By combining enforcement with rehabilitation, the IOM approach supports individuals to reduce substance-related harm, build recovery capital, and ultimately break the cycle of offending through structured, coordinated support.
