As an ISFL Recovery Worker with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.
The Incentivised Substance Free Living (ISFL) Recovery Worker will deliver a structured programme of interventions to support individuals on their recovery journey, fostering a safe and therapeutic environment. The post holder will facilitate group sessions such as SMART Recovery, Relapse Prevention, and Life Skills workshops, alongside creative and therapeutic activities to enhance holistic wellbeing. The post holder will empower participants with practical tools, resilience, and community support, using a trauma-informed, person-centred approach to achieve long-term recovery outcomes.
There may be some cross site working at HMP The Verne which is also on the Isle of Portland.
This is a new role that has been developed to support people using our service that aspire to attaining and maintaining long term recovery.

Part Time Hours: 30 per week
Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays. Additionally, you'll receive one extra day of annual leave for each year of service during your first five years, therefore you will enjoy 30 days of leave after five years with us.
