The Senior Worker will help support a recovery culture within the team and across the wider prison – utilising their expertise to help continually develop the service and support the team and people using the services. You will work with the Team Leader to build partnerships that will help support the recovery process and continuity of care after release. They will also cover for the Team Leader in their absence.
The post holder will lead the team’s approach to Peer Mentoring, including capturing all key data and line managing volunteers and Support Workers at relevant sites. You will help ensure that recovery pathways in the prison are visible and effective all the way from induction to release and beyond. This post is new and isbeing introduced following additional funding for our Recovery Services.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
