Learning & Organisational Development | National (Home-based with travel)
We’re continuing to strengthen how we support learning across Change Grow Live, with a growing focus on accredited and regulated programmes.
In this role, you’ll play a central part in delivering high-quality training that builds the skills, confidence and consistency of our staff and volunteers, helping ensure people accessing our services receive the best possible care.
About the role
This is a national, home-based role with regular travel to services.
At its core, this is a facilitation role. You’ll lead the delivery of accredited and regulated learning programmes, creating engaging, inclusive learning experiences, and support the development of communities of practice to help people to develop and succeed.
Alongside delivery, you’ll assess learners, provide structured feedback, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of programmes, ensuring learning remains relevant to practice and aligned with organisational priorities.
